本实验的主要目的是利用生产植酸钙以后的糠渣,用酵母菌进行固体发酵生产单细胞蛋白以提高其蛋白质含量,以期达到对肌醇的副产品─—湿糠渣的综合利用。经过发酵以后的湿糠渣不仅在粗蛋白总量上有所提高,而且氨基酸总量亦有大幅度提高,其提高幅度分别为29.08%和32.37%,能替代目前大宗物料中的玉米及部分豆粕或鱼粉,具有很高的推广价值。
The main purpose of this experiment is to utilize the chaff residue after the phytate to produce the single-cell protein by solid fermentation with yeast to increase the protein content, in order to achieve the comprehensive utilization of by-product of wet inositol, a byproduct of inositol.
