以石油三厂的常三线油和直馏汽油为混合油料 ,采用不同类型催化剂 ,在较低温度下催化裂化 ,生产低凝点柴油、液化气及高辛烷值汽油。结果表明 ,采用自制ZSM - 5催化剂 ,汽油 -重柴油混合物料配比为 1∶1.5(质量比 ) ,反应温度为 35 0℃时 ,气体产率为 36 .5 3% ,汽油产率为 36 .73% ,苯胺点为 2 0 .6℃ ,柴油产率为 2 2 .75 % ,凝点可达 - 2 2 .5℃ ;在相同的操作条件下 ,同商业用HZSM - 5、NaZSM - 5催化剂比较 ,气体产率和柴油产率有所提高 ,柴油凝点分别降低了 10 .5℃、2 5 .5℃ ,汽油的辛烷值得到大幅度提高。可以看出 ,自制ZSM - 5催化剂能增加气体和柴油产率 ,降低柴油凝点 ,而汽油的辛烷值得到提高 ,同时催化裂化温度比同类型催化剂都低
In the third oil plant of PetroChina, the normal three-line oil and straight-run petrol are mixed oil, and different types of catalysts are used to catalyze cracking at lower temperature to produce low pour point diesel oil, liquefied gas and high-octane gasoline. The results show that the gas yield is 36.53% and the gasoline yield is 36% when the self - made ZSM - 5 catalyst is used. The ratio of gasoline to heavy diesel is 1: 1.5 (mass ratio) and the reaction temperature is 35 ℃. .73%, the aniline point is 20.6 ℃, the diesel yield is 22.5% and the freezing point is up to -2.2.5 ℃. Under the same operating conditions, with the commercial use of HZSM - 5, NaZSM - 5 catalyst, the gas yield and diesel yield increased, the pour point of diesel decreased by 10.5 ℃ and 25.5 ℃ respectively, and the octane number of gasoline was greatly increased. It can be seen that self - made ZSM - 5 catalyst can increase the yield of gas and diesel, decrease the pour point of diesel, and raise the octane number of gasoline, meanwhile, the temperature of catalytic cracking is lower than that of the same kind of catalyst
