人所共知,企业安全管理非一时之役,而需要常抓不懈。要在总结已有经验和管理规律的基础上,细致分析,查找差距,采取一系列措施,把工作落到实处。一是突出一个“用”字。目前油田企业一般建立了HSE(即健康、安全、环境)安全管理体系,各项安全管理规定、职责细化到了最基层的岗位。有的打印上墙,有的汇编成册。但是,要克服“装璜门面”、“迎接检查打分”的意识,真正把已有的各项安全管理制度用好,不折不扣地落实到队、班组和岗位上去。岗位职工要多问几个懂了吗?会了吗?
