[目的]分析聊城市2009年手足口病流行病学特征,为控制手足口病提供科学依据。[方法]收集整理聊城市2009年各级各类医疗机构报告的手足口病卡信息和RT-PCR实验室检测结果,应用描述性方法进行流行病学分析。[结果]2009年聊城市手足口病发病率为277.60/10万,死亡3例,病死率0.02%,3个县出现了手足口病的暴发流行;男性10248例,女性5770例,男女之比为1.8∶1;全市8个县(市、区)均有手足口病报告,各县(市、区)间发病率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。3~9月为发病高峰;病例年龄为2个月至57岁,以小年龄组5岁及以下儿童发病最高15504例,占96.79%。共检测65份样本,EV71阳性率为12.31%,COXA16阳性率为4.62,其他肠道病毒阳性率为61.54%。[结论]2009年聊城市手足口病发病率处于较高水平,对5岁以下年龄组人群应加强手足口病监测工作,同时加强实验室检测。
[Objective] To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease in 2009 in Liaocheng City and provide a scientific basis for the control of hand-foot-mouth disease. [Methods] The information of hand-foot-mouth disease card and RT-PCR laboratory test results collected in various medical institutions of Liaocheng in 2009 were collected and analyzed, and the descriptive method was used for epidemiological analysis. [Results] The incidence of hand-foot-mouth disease in Liaocheng in 2009 was 277.60 / 100 000, with 3 deaths and a case fatality rate of 0.02%. Outbreaks of hand-foot-mouth disease were found in 3 counties. There were 10248 males and 5770 females, 1.8: 1. There were reports of hand-foot-mouth disease in 8 counties (cities and districts) in the whole city, and there was a significant difference in the incidence rates among counties (cities and districts) (P <0.01). From March to September, the incidence peaked; the age ranged from 2 months to 57 years. The highest incidence was 15,504 (96.79%) in children younger than 5 years old in the younger age group. A total of 65 samples were tested, the positive rate of EV71 was 12.31%, the positive rate of COXA16 was 4.62, and the positive rate of other enterovirus was 61.54%. [Conclusion] The incidence of hand-foot-mouth disease in Liaocheng in 2009 is at a high level. Monitoring of hand-foot-mouth disease should be strengthened in people younger than 5 years of age, and laboratory tests should be strengthened.
