边墙挤压断面为不对称梯形,以铰接的方式使边墙适应垫层区的变形,防止其底部因碾压不达标而形成空腔,有效控制对面板的不利影响。传统施工方法同挤压式混凝土边墙技术相比,存在垫层区斜坡面密实度难以保证;上游坡面施工工序复杂;坡面长期无防护;面板混凝土施工期的选择受制约等不利因素,而这些因素又直接影响着工程进度、质量和工程经济性。挤压式混凝土边墙技术以其优越的工艺特点解决了上述不利因素。
