河南省杞县人武部荣誉室里,摆放着一块块金灿灿的牌匾,匾上标记着:“先进党委”、“理论学习先进单位”、“正规化建设先进单位”、“基层全面建设先进单位”、“军事训练先进单位”、“政治教育先进单位”、“后勤达标先进单位”等殊荣。知情的同志告诉记者,那是该部人武部政委谭甫恩带领党委“一班人”学习哲学,运用唯物辩证法做好思想政治工作、抓基层建设的结果。谭甫恩政委感慨地对记者说:“作为人武部政委,在创新思维方式的同时,只有辩证地做工作、抓建设,才能像弹钢琴一样,奏出动听的歌。”
