国际炼油项目合作包括固定报酬、自负盈亏和一体化等三种商务模式。作为国际油气合作领域的一个重要环节,国际炼油项目合作商务模式的发展不是一成不变的,而是随着环境的变化并在资源国政策的影响下不断进行调整,呈现出不同特点与变化趋势。笔者从多年累积的经验出发,对国际炼油项目合作的商务模式进行总结,提出参与国际炼油项目合作的建议。
International refining project cooperation includes fixed-pay, self-financing and integrated three business models. As an important link in the field of international oil and gas cooperation, the development of the cooperative business model of international oil refining projects is not immutable. Instead, it changes with the changes of the environment and under the influence of the policy of the resource-based countries, showing different characteristics and changing trends. Based on years of accumulated experience, the author summarizes the business models of cooperation in international refining projects and puts forward suggestions on how to participate in the cooperation in international refining projects.
