近年来,采用生物技术的基于Smartcard的身份鉴定系统正在日益快速取代低技术含量的旧系统,因此我们特别组织了这期专题,旨在了解全球多个国家及地区的身份认证技术的发展现状。然而在身份认证技术快速发展、身份证件变得越来越智能的同时,大量的个人信息存储在身份证中,隐私安全问题也随之产生。到底智能与隐私之间该如何平衡?让我们一起来关注世界各地采取的不同措施。
In recent years, biotech-based Smartcard-based authentication systems are rapidly replacing old, low-technology systems, so we organized this special issue to understand the status of authentication technologies in many countries and regions around the world. However, with the rapid development of identity authentication technology and the increasing number of ID documents becoming more intelligent, a great deal of personal information is stored in ID cards, and privacy issues also arise. How should the balance between intelligence and privacy be balanced? Let’s look at the different measures taken around the world.
