《全日制义务教育美术课程标准》中指出:“通过美术课程的学习,有助于学生……共享人类社会的文化资源,积极参与文化的传承,并对文化的发展作出自己的贡献。”由此可见,美术教学是学生文化学习的一个重要平台,承担着重要的历史使命。美术课程的人文性质,决定了应加强学生的文化素养的培养,使学生懂得尊重人类的文化创造,学会文化的传承和交流。新课标要求从单纯的美术知识和技能技巧的传授提升到美术文化的培养高度上,作为美术教育工作者应该认识到这一教学理念变化的重要性,进而思索应该如何实施教学,从而达到理想的状态,而中学美术教育与本地文化资源的有效结合是重要的。
The standard of full-time compulsory education art course states: “Through art course study, it helps students ... share the cultural resources of human society, actively participate in the cultural heritage and make their own contribution to the development of culture.” "Thus, art teaching is an important platform for students’ cultural studies and undertakes important historic missions. The humane nature of the art course determines that the cultivation of students’ cultural literacy should be strengthened so that students will know how to respect the cultural creation of mankind and learn the tradition and exchange of culture. The requirements of the new curriculum standard from a simple art knowledge and skills to enhance the training of fine art culture, as art educators should recognize the importance of this teaching philosophy, and then think about how to implement the teaching, so as to achieve the desired State, and the effective combination of secondary school art education and local cultural resources is important.
