我厂某产品中后盖散热片(图1),直径为200毫米,散热片高度为30毫米,片厚3毫米,片与片之间间隔也是3毫米,铸件用ZL101铝合金,重2.6公斤,要求无显微缩松,最后经黑色阳极化。 该铸件只要做几个产品,因此没有必要采用精铸和压铸。而由于片密、槽深,砂型铸造没有成功,改用陶瓷型芯铸造也没有成功。后来经过和有经验的工人师傅共同研究。决定采用砂芯-金属片组合铸造。得到了非常满意的结果,现简单介绍如下。
