在这一系列文章中,我主要讨论在不同类型的项目中是否适宜采用不同的领导风格。也就是说,项目经理的领导风格是否影响着项目的成功,不同类型的项目中是否适合采取不同的领导风格。上期我阐述了一般管理文献中的6个管理学派,本期我想讨论这6个学派是如何应用在项目环境中的。表1在上期刊登过,不过它现在增加了项目管理团体中的作者,他们试图说明在项目管理环境中这6个学派的应用。下面我将分别阐述这6个学派。
In this series of articles, I mainly discuss the different types of projects is suitable for the use of different leadership styles. In other words, whether the project manager’s leadership style affects the success of the project and whether different types of projects are suitable for different leadership styles. In the last installment, I elaborated six management schools in the general management literature. In this issue I would like to discuss how these six schools are used in the project environment. Table 1 was published in the last issue, but it now includes authors from the project management community who are trying to illustrate the application of the six schools in a project management environment. Below I will elaborate on these six schools.
