为了推广国产大型DCS在石化行业中的应用,提高国产DCS的竞争力,降低国内石化项目的投资成本,通过介绍和利时MACS_V6大型DCS系统的结构和功能,及其在中石化海南炼化有限公司年产60万吨对二甲苯生产装置中成功应用,通过介系统的设计方案、硬件配置、控制方案、通信方法以及现场的成功应用,展示了国产大型DCS在石油化工行业上的优势和实力,为今后国内同行业自控装置的应用提供了借鉴。
In order to promote the application of domestic large DCS in the petrochemical industry, enhance the competitiveness of domestic DCS and reduce the investment cost of domestic petrochemical projects, introduce the structure and function of large scale DCS system of Hollysys MACS_V6 and its application in SINOPEC Hainan Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. With an annual output of 600,000 tons of p-xylene plant successfully applied, through the introduction of the system design, hardware configuration, control programs, communication methods and the successful application of the site, demonstrated the large domestic DCS in the petrochemical industry’s strengths and strengths, It provides reference for the application of automatic control device in the same industry in the future.
