肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤又称肾错构瘤,是一种肾结缔组织良性肿瘤。常见于结节性硬变症(又名Bourneville病)。临床特征除肾脏病变外,多数兼有皮脂腺瘤、癫痫、智力不足等综合症(Sherlork氏称为“epiloia”)。较为少见。我院收治1例,报道于下:患者,男性,21岁。住院号32843。1978年7月5日入院。五年前无意中发现右腹部儿头大包块,因无不适,未予治疗。一年来包块有增大趋势,活动时觉腰、腹部坠痛,前来就诊。患者从一岁开始患癫痫(无明显原因),
