目的 探讨建立皮下注射d 半乳糖大鼠白内障模型的方法。方法 3w龄Wistar大鼠 5 0只 ,随机分为 3组 :正常对照组 (n =10 )、皮下注射半乳糖组 (n =2 0 )及腹腔注射半乳糖组 (n =2 0 ) ,实验组均注射 5 0 %d -半乳糖(15g·kg-1·d-1) ,连续 30d。用裂隙灯检查并进行晶体摄影。结果 30d后 ,实验组动物均形成核性或核性以上的白内障 ,但皮下注射组动物的存活率为 90 % ,而腹腔注射组存活率仅为 6 0 %。结论 皮下注射d 半乳糖是一种简单、经济而死亡率低的白内障模型复制方法。
Objective To explore a method of establishing a cataract model by subcutaneous injection of d-galactose in rats. Methods Fifty Wistar rats aged 3w were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group (n = 10), subcutaneous injection of galactose group (n = 20) and intraperitoneal injection of galactose group (n = 20) All rats were injected with 50% d-galactose (15g · kg-1 · d-1) for 30 days. Slit lamp examination and crystal photography. Results After 30 days, all the animals in experimental group formed cataract more than nuclear or nuclear. However, the survival rate of animals in subcutaneous injection group was 90%, while the survival rate in intraperitoneal injection group was only 60%. Conclusion Subcutaneous d galactose injection is a simple, economical and low mortality model of cataract replication.
