Donald等人首先报导用气相色谱法分析硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐。Ross及John等人改进了这一方法,用它来测定唾液、血、水及大气飘尘中微量的硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐。基本原理是:在硫酸催化下,水合硝酸根离子与苯反应生成硝基苯,然后用带电子捕获检测器的气相色谱仪测定生成的硝基苯。亚硝酸盐则先用氧化剂氧化成硝酸盐,再作同样处理。此法有很高的选择性和灵敏度。本文介绍我们的初步试验结果。
Donald et al. First reported the analysis of nitrates and nitrites by gas chromatography. Ross and John et al. Improved this method to measure traces of nitrates and nitrites in saliva, blood, water and atmospheric dust. The basic principle is: under the catalysis of sulfuric acid, the hydrated nitrate ion reacts with benzene to form nitrobenzene, and then the nitrobenzene produced is measured by a gas chromatograph with an electron capture detector. Nitrite is oxidized first with nitric oxide, and then for the same treatment. This method has a high degree of selectivity and sensitivity. This article describes our preliminary test results.
