日前,马尼托瓦克东岳重工推出两款专为中国市场研制的东岳牌汽车起重机:GT8和GT10A。它们是东岳重工调整设计和生产流程后生产的最新产品,性能卓越,市场反响良好。东岳重工为生产GT8型和GT10A型汽车起重机,将工厂制造流程提高到5S系统,达到马尼托瓦克在世界各地其他工厂的标准。5S流程以整理、整顿、清扫、标准化和素养5个原则为基础,涉及全面调整车间布局和增添若干重要设备等内容。
Recently, Manitowoc Dongyue Heavy Industries launched two Dong Yue brand truck cranes specially designed for the Chinese market: GT8 and GT10A. They are the latest products manufactured by Dongyue Heavy Industries after adjusting the design and production process, with excellent performance and good market response. To produce GT8 and GT10A truck cranes, Dongyue Heavy Industries upgraded its manufacturing processes to 5S systems to meet Manitowoc standards at other factories around the world. The 5S process is based on the five principles of collation, rectification, cleaning, standardization and literacy and involves a comprehensive adjustment of the workshop layout and the addition of several important equipment.
