文章以接受主体与情报客体关系的一般认识论前提为研究背景,揭示了两者得以确立并发生相互作用的基本条件。论述了情报接受是一种双向建构的认识活动,其发生或形成受到情报客体与接受主体自身的双重制约和影响。文章还指出了我们目前在研究“人与情报”相互作用的问题时,出现偏颇的原因在于片面强调或夸大用户在情报接受中的作用,以用户至上掩盖了情报的客观外在性。
The article takes the general epistemological premise of accepting the relationship between subjects and intelligence objects as the research background, and reveals the basic conditions for the two to be established and interact with each other. Discusses the acceptance of intelligence is a two-way cognitive activities, its occurrence or formation by the intelligence subject and the subject of the dual constraints and influence. The article also points out that when we are currently studying the interaction between “man and intelligence”, the reason for the bias lies in the one-sided emphasis on or exaggerating the role of users in intelligence acceptance and the supremacy of intelligence in the user’s supremacy.
