连云港金海永发监理有限公司是依据现代企业制度建立的技术服务型企业,隶属江苏金海投资集团。公司现有房屋建筑监理甲级资质,市政公用工程、招标代理、人防工程乙级资质,江苏省项目管理试点企业和政府投资工程集中代建机构资格。公司共有员工70余人。其中:国家注册监理工程师22人,国家注册造价工程师5人,国家注册安全工程师1人,一级建造师5人,江苏省注册监理工程师25人;高级工程师占职工总数的30%,工程师占职工总数的50%。目前公司已形成各专业齐全,高、中、初级职称配套,老、中、青人员搭配合理的高效服务团队,具备了承接各类大中型工程的能力。
Lianyungang Jinhai Yongfa Supervision Co., Ltd. is a technical service-oriented enterprise established on the basis of modern enterprise system and affiliated to Jiangsu Jinhai Investment Group. Grade A qualification of the company’s existing housing construction supervision, municipal utilities, bidding agents, civil air defense projects B qualification, project management pilot enterprises in Jiangsu Province and government investment projects centralized agency agency qualification. The company employs more than 70 people. Among them, there are 22 national registered supervision engineers, 5 national registered cost engineers, 1 national registered safety engineer, 5 first class construction engineers and 25 supervisory engineers in Jiangsu Province.
