目的建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中多组分有机物的方法。方法采用活性炭管吸附,二硫化碳解吸,经强极性毛细管WAX色谱柱分离,FID检测器检测。结果方法的分离效果理想,检出限在0.44~1.08μg/ml之间;相关系数在0.999 2-0.999 9之间;相对标准偏差在0.73%~1.81%之间。结论方法简单、快速、准确,适用于工作场所空气中多种有毒有机物的同时测定。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of multi-component organic compounds in the air by capillary gas chromatography. Methods Adsorption by activated carbon tube and desorption of carbon disulfide were performed by capillary column WAX column with strong polarity and detected by FID detector. The results showed that the separation method was satisfactory. The detection limits were between 0.44 and 1.08 μg / ml. The correlation coefficients were between 0.999 2 and 0.9999. The relative standard deviations were between 0.73% and 1.81%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and suitable for the simultaneous determination of many toxic organic compounds in the air of workplace.
