结合所制作脉冲氙灯的工作需要,我们研制了一种制作石英-硼硅玻璃过渡接头料的简单、经济、高效率的新方法。同时,对过渡接头的制作工艺进行了仔细地探讨,进而掌握丁只用六种、四种甚至三种料就能完成过渡封接的制作工艺。过渡接头料的传统制作方法,在制作粉料时均采用玛瑙研钵,劳动强度大,生产效率极低。通过摸索试验,我们采用一种新方法粉碎玻璃粉料,同样可以得到符合要求的玻璃和石英粉料,配方后,制作的石英-玻璃过渡接头完全符合技术要求。
In combination with the working requirements of the pulsed xenon lamp produced, we have developed a simple, economical and efficient new method for producing a transition piece of quartz-borosilicate glass. At the same time, the transition joints of the production process was carefully discussed, and then master only with only six, four or even three kinds of materials can be completed transitional sealing process. The traditional method of making the transition joint material uses the agate mortar when making the powder, which has the advantages of high labor intensity and extremely low production efficiency. Through groping test, we use a new method to smash the glass powder, the same can be obtained to meet the requirements of glass and quartz powder, the formula, the production of quartz - glass transition joints fully meet the technical requirements.
