洗必泰碘络盐(Chlorhexidine-lodine com-plex)是由碘与洗必泰形成的络盐,其结构式如下:本品比洗必泰具更强的杀菌效力。在按文献方法[沈阳药学院学报编辑组:药剂学专题选编,184页,1974;CA,66:88643]试制洗必泰碘络盐的过程中,我们感到文献法操作较麻烦,所得产品粘性强、难干燥和不易从制备的容器中取出。根据碘与洗必泰的络合可能类似于化学凝聚反应,我们设计了一制备洗必泰碘络盐的简易方法。此法不耗乙醚、乙醇等有机溶剂,所得产品粘性弱而较易干燥。
