以Fe3O4微粒为磁性载体,利用羧甲基壳聚糖制备毫米级磁性小球,研究了羧甲基壳聚糖溶液浓度、羧甲基壳聚糖与Fe3O4微粒质量比及交联剂种类对磁性小球的性质影响。确定了最佳制备条件,即使用3%羧甲基壳聚糖溶液,羧甲基壳聚糖与Fe3O4微粒质量比1∶1,使用1.25%戊二醛溶液进行交联。并用IR、XRD和SEM对其结构和形貌进行表征。
