在当今教育改革如火如荼的时代背景下,学校要获取不竭的发展动力,提高区域间的综合竞争力,走在教育革新的前列,就必须思考如何生发有生力量,储后劲,积力量,学校的可持续发展才有保障。应该说,这股力量的生发来自于对青年教师的专业提升、潜力开发以及终身学习意识的强化与固化。青年教师是学校可持续发展和强劲发展的新生力量,这是不争的事实。学校所应该和必须思考以及付诸行动的是如何打造好这支有生力量,培育学校的造血功能,为学校获取不竭发展源泉。基于以上的认识,我校立足学校实际,以“理论学习明方向,实践锻造强素质”作为青年教师校本培训的指导思想,以“青年教师业务素质拓展比赛活动”为载体,认真组织、实施青年教师校本培训工程,促进青年教师专业成长。现就具体实施办法与各位同行共享。
