国内外在硼钢的研究中成功地利用了α粒子径迹法这一新技术,取得了良好效果,但尚未见用于硼铸铁研究的报导。本工作摸索了α粒子径迹法用于铸铁的具体条件,以及硼在几种铸铁中的分布形态。通过大量工作,把复型技术与α粒子径迹照相法结合起来,不仅可以直观地看到硼在铸铁中分布的形象,而且可以确定它在金属组织各相中的具体分布。这将有助于开展材质方面某些机理的研究工作。
At home and abroad, the new technology of α particle track method has been successfully used in the study of boron steel, and good results have been achieved. However, no reports have been reported on the research of boron cast iron. The work explored the specific conditions of α particle track method for cast iron and boron distribution in several cast iron. Through a lot of work, combining the technique of compounding with α-particle track photography not only can visually see the image of boron distributed in cast iron, but also can determine its specific distribution in each phase of metal structure. This will help to carry out research on some of the mechanics of the material.
