益阳电厂是我国第 1个按照“2 0 0 0年示范电厂”的设计思路进行施工图设计优化的工程。优化结果 :提高了综合自动化水平 ,降低了工程造价 (节约投资 30 0 0多万元 ) ,节约了用地。由于在开展优化时工程已开工 ,因此在实施过程中造成了对设备、设计进度、施工方案等方面的影响。由于采取了积极有效的措施 ,在各级领导的支持下 ,设计优化得以顺利实施
Yiyang Power Plant is the first project in China to optimize the construction drawings according to the design idea of “Model Power Plant in 2000”. Optimization results: Increased the level of comprehensive automation, reduced the construction cost (saving more than 300 million yuan of investment), and saved land. As the project was started when optimization was carried out, the impact on equipment, design progress, construction scheme and other aspects was caused during the implementation. As a result of active and effective measures, with the support of leaders at all levels, design optimization can be successfully implemented
