关于载物台的定心方法一般都是采用二分之一逼近法,这种方法不容易掌握,调节起来费时间又麻烦。所谓载物台定心或称调节载物中心,其实质就是调定载物台的转动中心与物镜的光轴相重合。根据几何光学原理可知,凡是位于物镜光轴上的物相,其影像就一定位于视场的中心,如图1所示的 O′点。因此,经过定心的载物台,试样上所要分析的物相影像如果原来就位于视场中心,那么无论载物台转至任何角度,该物相影像都不会偏离视场中心。众所周知,全相显微镜的光路是经过严格计算、反复调整、充分
