混流区和中心旋流区是内旋流加速旋风集尘器的主要特征之一。该文研究了内旋流加速旋风集尘器混流区和中心旋流区的流场分布,计算出各旋流区的速度,导出流场分布的空间向量。实验表明混流区的切向速度分布为准自由涡形式,准自由涡指数为0.5,在加速气流作用下,混流区切向速度显著增加,最大切向速度22.6m/s,加速了粉尘分离;混流区轴向速度沿径向递增,最大轴向速度在外边壁处(1.51m/s),径向速度为向心向;中心旋流区切向速度为强制涡,轴向速度高达40m/s,径向速度较小且为离心向。
The mixed zone and the central swirl zone are one of the main characteristics of the cyclone-accelerated cyclone dust collector. In this paper, the flow field in the cyclone and the cyclone is accelerated by the cyclone, the velocities in each cyclone are calculated, and the spatial vectors of the flow field are derived. The experimental results show that the tangential velocity distribution in the mixed zone is a quasi-free vortex with a quasi-free vortex exponent of 0.5.
