《国民经济和社会发展信息化“十一五”规划》从国家信息化总体发展水平确立了中国“十一五”时期信息化发展的目标,即国家信息化总水平在“十一五”时期再上新的台阶,到2010年中国信息化发展指数(IDI)要达到0.7以上。本报告对“十一五”时期中国与世界主要国家和地区的信息化发展指数(IDI)进行了测算与比较。
The “11th Five-Year Plan” of National Economic and Social Development has set the goal of informatization development in China during the “11th Five-Year Plan” period from the overall level of national informatization development. That is, the overall level of national informatization is in the “ Eleventh Five-Year ”period to a new level, by 2010 China’s Informatization Development Index (IDI) to reach 0.7 or more. This report estimates and compares the Information Development Index (IDI) of China and other major countries and regions in the world during the 11th Five-Year Plan period.
