浙江省安吉县城管执法局结合当前城市管理现状,打破单一执法方式,积极探索“6310”行政执法工作机制,即每办理6个劝告式案件,要办理3个简易程序案件、1个一般程序案件,同时确保执法过程中重大执法过错“0”发生“6310”行政执法工作机制,以柔性执法促依法行政,通过贴近服务、规范执法、处罚有力三段式推进,加强了与执法相对人的对话,优化城管执法环境,优化城市人居环境。该机制自推行以来取得了明显成效,占道设摊等市容顽疾得到有效遏制,各类违法行为纠正率明显上升,再犯率和投诉率明显下降。

Effective measures have been put in place to tackle hardships such as market stalls, the correction rates for various types of violations have risen markedly, and the rate of recidivism and complaints have dropped markedly.
