将昆明种小鼠随机分为青年对照组、老年对照组和老年药物组,观察到老年小鼠活体骨髓细胞姊妹染色单体互换(SCE)频率显著高于青年小鼠:服用抗衰延寿方的老年小鼠SCE显著低于对照老年小鼠.结果表明,小鼠骨髓细胞SCE随增龄而增加;抗衰延寿方可以阻抗小鼠骨髓细胞SCE的增龄性改变.
Kunming mice were randomly divided into young control group, old control group, and aged drug group. The sister chromatid exchange (SCE) frequency in living mice was significantly higher than that of young mice. The SCE of the aged mice was significantly lower than that of the control aged mice. The results showed that the SCE of the mouse bone marrow cells increased with age; the anti-aging Yanshoufang could impair the age-related changes of the mouse bone marrow cell SCE.
