商品经济通常被称为法制经济,从字面意思便可以看出商品经济的发展需要制度的制约,而合同就是在经济的发展中应用而生的产物。在今天的形势下,合同在维护企业的正当利益,避免不正当的纠纷方面发挥着重要的作用。国有企业是国民经济的支柱,国有企业的合同管理与国有企业的发展利益息息相关,但是我国的一些国有企业却往往忽视了对企业合同的管理,以致于导致企业正当利益的损失,给企业带来毁灭性的灾害,本文主要以国有企业为主要研究对象,分析国有企业合同管理中存在的问题及现状,并针对其出现的问题提出几点具体可行的应对措施。
Generally speaking, the commodity economy is called the legal economy. Literally, it can be seen that the development of the commodity economy needs the restriction of the system, and the contract is the product of application in the economic development. In today’s situation, the contract plays an important role in safeguarding the legitimate interests of enterprises and avoiding improper disputes. State-owned enterprises are the backbone of the national economy. The contract management of state-owned enterprises is closely related to the development interests of state-owned enterprises. However, some state-owned enterprises in our country often neglect the management of the enterprise contracts, resulting in the loss of the legitimate interests of the enterprises and bring to the enterprises In this paper, the main research object of state-owned enterprises, the analysis of state-owned enterprise contract management problems and the status quo, and for its problems raised some specific and feasible countermeasures.
