长江流域规划办公窒正在编制长江综合利用规划。规划中规定:(1)防御给国家带来巨大生命财产损失的洪水;(2)发电;(3)灌溉与排水;(4)改善航运条件。长江分为上游(河源至宜昌),中游(宜昌至九江)和下游(九江至海口)三个河段。本文所研究的围堰,是属于长江上游三峡坝段的。该河段的河床和两岸系由砂岩、石灰岩、花冈岩或页岩所组成。图1示出所研究的水电枢纽坝址中的
Yangtze River Basin planning office stifling the preparation of the Yangtze River comprehensive utilization plan. The plan provides: (1) defense floods that cause huge loss of life and property to the country; (2) power generation; (3) irrigation and drainage; (4) improvement of shipping conditions. The Yangtze River is divided into three sections: the upper reaches (Heyuan to Yichang), the middle reaches (Yichang to Jiujiang) and the lower reaches (Jiujiang to Haikou). The cofferdam studied in this paper belongs to the Three Gorges Dam in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. The riverbed and the banks of the river are composed of sandstone, limestone, granite or shale. Figure 1 shows the hydroelectric dam site under study
