在表面活性剂及适当的掩蔽剂存在下,三羟基荧光酮类试剂用于高价金属离子的测定,其方法在灵敏度、选择性及操作简便等方面皆有一定的特点,因此对此类试剂的开发与研究仍在进行之中。本文合成了一种新试剂——对二乙氨基苯基荧光酮,并研究了 Mo(Ⅵ)-显色剂-CPB 胶束吸光光度法的显色反应条件和分析应用。λ试剂=460nm,在 pH2.8-0.03mol·L~(-1)H_2SO_4介质中形成紫红色的三元配合物λ_(max)=532nm、ε=1.1×10~5.用三种不同的方法研究了配合物的组成,Mo:显色剂:CBP=1:2:2.比尔定律范围为(0-14)μg钼/25mL.在掩蔽剂存在下,拟定了直接测定中、低合金钢中微量钼的吸光光度法。
