先天性食管闭锁传统采用经胸或胸膜外食管吻合手术。近年来,胸腔镜食管气管瘘结扎及食管吻合术已广泛开展[1]。我们于2002年3月至2006年3月对6例先天性食管疾病患儿行经胸腔镜食管吻合手术治疗食管狭窄、食管闭锁,取得良好效果,报告如下。
