本文就饮水型地方性氟中毒病区程度的划分,当其饮水氟含量、人群的氟斑牙患病率和氟骨症惠病率与氟病区划分标准比较出现不一致时,即在这三因素存在模糊性的情况下,提出运用模糊综合评判法作这类病区程度的划分。结果表明:象湖村氟病区经模糊综合评判划分为中等病区,笔者以为这一划分结果可作为该病区今后防治效果考核的依据。
