1986年8月29日至9月8日,电子工业部与国务院电子振兴领导小组计算机系统专业组在山东省烟台市蓉城县石岛镇召开了关于计算机发展的专家研讨会。国务院电子振兴领导小组办公室、中国科学院、邮电部、总参、电子工业部、各高等院校共34位专家出席了会议。会议分二个阶段进行。第一个阶段(8月29日至9月6日)举行专家会议。第二个阶段,电子工业部根据专家建议和部怀柔(发展与改革)会议于9月7日～8日召开电子工业部科技司、计划局、计算机工业管理局参加的工作会议。
August 29, 1986 to September 8, the Ministry of Electronics Industry and the State Council’s e-revitalization leading group of computer systems professional group held a seminar on computer development in Shima Cheng, Rongcheng County, Yantai City, Shandong Province. A total of 34 experts from the Leading Group for Electronic Rehabilitation of the State Council, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, the General Staff Headquarters, the Ministry of Electronics Industry and various institutions of higher education attended the meeting. The meeting is divided into two stages. The first phase (August 29 to September 6) held an expert meeting. In the second phase, the Ministry of Electronics Industry held a working conference attended by Science and Technology Department, Planning Bureau and Computer Industry Administration of Ministry of Electronics Industry on September 7th and 8th according to experts’ suggestion and meeting of Ministry of Education and Cooperation (Development and Reform).
