导学案的二次备课与校本特色化是深入推行高效课堂教学改革的必经之路。但在高中教师普遍充满职业倦怠的生存状态下,在对课改缺乏内在的热度和激情的情况下,导学案的二次备课教研活动难以持久,容易流于形式。如何真正把导学案的二次备课做实、做长久,做到校本化、特色化,还需要从机制上做深层的思考。要解决这一困惑,我认为:1.建立激励机制,变强制为自觉——激励增效。我们常说:教育要以人为
