和谐医患关系是提高诊疗水平和人民群众健康水平的前提,信任是和谐医患关系的核心特征。医学模式的转变,促使医患关系发生深刻的变化。社区卫生服务是新型城市医疗卫生服务体系的基础,深受居民欢迎。由于各种因素的影响,一些社区的卫生服务中心尚存医患信任度不高的情况。“提高素质、交流沟通、心理疏导”是构建社区卫生服务中心医患信任的有效途径。
Harmonizing the relationship between doctor and patient is the prerequisite to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment and the people’s health. Trust is the core feature of the harmonious relationship between doctor and patient. The change of medical model has prompted profound changes in the relationship between doctors and patients. Community health services are the foundation of a new urban health and medical service system and are well received by residents. Due to various factors, the health care centers in some communities still have a low level of trust between doctors and patients. “Improving quality, communication, psychological counseling ” is an effective way to build trust between doctors and patients in community health service center.
