155 cases of leprosy patients under the unified national MDT program are contracted by doctors or physicians outside the hospital to be delivered to their homes, or regular sentinels by professionals. The hospital is supervised by health workers and doctors. The hospital 58 cases and 97 cases out of hospital efficiency and regular medication rates were 98.3% and
