肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和白细胞介素-1(IL-1)是单核细胞和激活的巨噬细胞分泌的两种重要因子,二者都能够诱导T细胞表面合成IL-2R,并激活T、B细胞及NK细胞,从而在自身免疫、免疫防御及抗肿瘤中起重要作用。除此之外,二者都还有激素样作用,能够影响多种激素的分泌。作者应用大鼠肾皮质切片进行静息培养和浸浴实验,探讨了TNF和IL-1对肾素分泌的影响,结果如下:①高度纯化的人类IL-1(hIL-1)和TNF及重组人类IL-1β(γhIL-1β)具有刺激肾素分泌的作用,
Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and interleukin-1 (IL-1) are two important factors secreted by monocytes and activated macrophages, both of which can induce the synthesis of IL-2R on T cells and activate T , B cells and NK cells, which play an important role in autoimmunity, immune defense and anti-tumor. In addition, both have hormonal effects that can affect the secretion of multiple hormones. The authors used rat renal cortex sections for resting culture and immersion experiments to explore the effects of TNF and IL-1 on renin secretion.
