目的探讨敷料型压力蒸汽灭菌PCD的主要影响因素。方法在不同脉动次数、空气注入和抽真空速率条件下,用B-D抗力综合检测器分别对敷料型PCD进行测试。结果低大气压排气循环条件下脉动7次合格,高大气压排气循环条件下脉动3次合格;敷料型PCD在低大气压循环条件下比高大气压循环条件下对残存空气更敏感;抽真空速率对高大气压排气循环条件下敷料型PCD的结果有影响。结论压力蒸汽灭菌器的脉动次数、残存空气、抽真空速率影响监测结果和灭菌质量。
Objective To investigate the main influencing factors of pressure-sterilized PCD for dressings. Methods Dressing PCD was tested by B-D resistance comprehensive detector under different pulsation times, air injection and evacuation rates. Results The pulsation was qualified 7 times under low atmospheric pressure exhaust cycle and 3 times under high atmospheric pressure exhaust cycle. Dressing PCD was more sensitive to the residual air under low atmospheric pressure than that under high atmospheric pressure. The vacuum rate The results of dressing type PCD under high atmospheric pressure exhaust cycle conditions have an impact. Conclusion The number of pulsations, residual air and evacuation rate of pressure steam sterilizer affect the monitoring results and sterilization quality.
