如何缩短气相色谱仪启动稳定时间,一直是一个较困难的问题。尤其是氢火焰离子化检测器,当检测限低于1×10~(-11)克/秒时,启动时间一般长达4小时,这给分析工作带来很多不便。为了解决这个问题,我们在新研制的SQ-204型气相色谱仪上作了一些试验,取得了较好的效果。通过两台仪器在一年半时间内在不同操作条件下的近百次启动,证明可以做到:(1).启动稳定时间在1.5-2小时之间;(2)高灵敏度运行时,改变三种气流配比后,15分钟内可重新稳定;(3)正常运行时碰撞工作台或仪器,基线抖动后仍能回到原来位置继续运行。图1是SQ-204型仪器典型的启动稳定过程。
How to shorten the GC start-up stabilization time has always been a more difficult issue.
