目的:探讨绝经后妇女口服米索前列醇后进行取环的体会。方法:对50例绝经后妇女。绝经年限2-10年不等,年龄50-60岁之间,于取环前空腹口服米索前列醇(上海)0.4mg2粒顿服。服药后二小时进行取环。结果:服用米索前列醇后宫颈变软,宫口变松,取环器进出宫腔阻力明显减少,取环成功率100%。结论:应用口服米索前列醇进行取环可减轻病人痛苦,降低手术者因绝经后导致宫颈变硬、萎缩而增加的取环难度,保证取环的成功率,缩短手术时间,减少病人痛苦,出血少。
Objective: To explore the experience of taking ring after taking misoprostol in postmenopausal women. Methods: 50 cases of postmenopausal women.
