[目的]探讨高原地区激素、利尿剂短程联合治疗对肺心病急性加重期疗效。[方法]以海西州人民医院2000年10月～2009年2月收治的146例肺心病急性加重期患者作为治疗组,并随机抽取与治疗组年龄、性别相匹配146例肺心病急性加重期患者作为对照组,比较两组的临床症状、体征及心肺功能。[结果]两组治疗对比采用等级资料的秩和检验u=3.46,P﹤0.01。治疗组明显优于对照组。[结论]在高海拔地区激素、利尿剂短程联合治疗对肺心病急性加重期疗效显著。
[Objective] To explore the effect of short-term combined treatment of hormone and diuretic in patients with pulmonary heart disease during acute exacerbation. [Methods] A total of 146 patients with acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease who were treated in Haixi People’s Hospital from October 2000 to February 2009 were selected as the treatment group, and 146 cases of acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease were matched with the age and sex of the treatment group Patients as a control group, the clinical symptoms and signs and heart and lung function were compared between the two groups. [Results] The two groups were compared by rank sum test with rank data u = 3.46, P <0.01. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group. [Conclusion] The effect of short-term hormone and diuretic combination therapy in high altitude area on acute exacerbation of pulmonary heart disease was significant.
