提出了硫酸对氨基二乙基苯胺-H2O2-HRP催化动力学光度法测定HRP的新方法。HRP催化H2O2氧化硫酸对氨基二乙基苯胺生成有色化合物,通过测定此有色化合物在λmax=552.8nm处的吸光度值间接测定催化剂HRP的含量。在所选定的实验条件下,对HRP测定的线性范围为1.0×10-10~4.0×10-9g/mL,检测限为5.7×10-11g/mL。
A new method for the determination of HRP by p-aminodiethyl aniline-H2O2-HRP catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry was proposed. HRP catalyzes the oxidation of p-aminodiethyl aniline by H2O2 to produce a colored compound. The content of HRP in the catalyst is determined indirectly by measuring the absorbance of the colored compound at λmax = 552.8 nm. Under the selected experimental conditions, the linear range of HRP was 1.0 × 10-10 ~ 4.0 × 10-9g / mL with the detection limit of 5.7 × 10-11g / mL.
