提出了硫酸对氨基二乙基苯胺－Ｈ２Ｏ２－ＨＲＰ催化动力学光度法测定ＨＲＰ的新方法。ＨＲＰ催化Ｈ２Ｏ２氧化硫酸对氨基二乙基苯胺生成有色化合物，通过测定此有色化合物在λｍａｘ＝５５２．８ｎｍ处的吸光度值间接测定催化剂ＨＲＰ的含量。在所选定的实验条件下，对ＨＲＰ测定的线性范围为１．０×１０－１０～４．０×１０－９ｇ／ｍＬ，检测限为５．７×１０－１１ｇ／ｍＬ。
A new method for the determination of HRP by p-aminodiethyl aniline-H2O2-HRP catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry was proposed. HRP catalyzes the oxidation of p-aminodiethyl aniline by H2O2 to produce a colored compound. The content of HRP in the catalyst is determined indirectly by measuring the absorbance of the colored compound at λmax = 552.8 nm. Under the selected experimental conditions, the linear range of HRP was 1.0 × 10-10 ~ 4.0 × 10-9g / mL with the detection limit of 5.7 × 10-11g / mL.
