Recently, the words “stock market crash”, “black Monday” and “recession” have constantly bombarded people’s eardrums. Economic globalization has brought the entire world together. The slowdown of the U.S. economy has been steadily gaining momentum. The growing world economy poses a severe test. At the end of September last year, when World Bank and IMF held their annual meeting in the Czech capital, the world economy was still booming and the participants were enjoying a breeze.
