针对现有电磁搅拌器磁场存在的熔炉边缘处磁感应强度偏小的问题,提出了一种电磁搅拌线圈的改进设计。比较两种结构的电磁搅拌线圈产生的磁场可以发现:在加载同样的电流密度的情况下,改进后的电磁搅拌线圈产生的磁感应强度要大得多,克服了熔炉边缘处磁感应强度偏小的缺点;在产生同样磁感应强度的情况下,改进后的电磁搅拌线圈加载的电流只需稍大于现有电磁搅拌线圈加载电流的1/2。
Aiming at the problem that the magnetic induction intensity at the edge of the existing magnetic stirrer is too small, an improved design of the electromagnetic stirring coil is proposed. Comparing the magnetic field generated by the two structures of the electromagnetic stirring coil, it can be found that under the same current density loading, the improved electromagnetic stirring coil has a much larger magnetic induction intensity, which overcomes the shortcoming that the magnetic induction intensity at the edge of the furnace is too small In the case of the same magnetic induction intensity, the current of the improved electromagnetic stirring coil needs to be slightly larger than 1/2 of the current of the existing electromagnetic stirring coil.
