我厂变压器车间每年只需要几卷硅钢片料,但要将910mm宽的料一开三,我们没有这么大的滚剪下料机,到外面加工,既不方便,也不经济。后来我们制做一个滚剪装置,以X62W万能铣床的主轴电机为动力,以它的传动系统和变速机构作滚剪装置的传动和变速之用。连接方法是将滚剪装置的主动轴轴端做成莫氏锥度的头,再放上一个立铣刀刀套,一起装进铣床主轴锥孔内,这样,只要铣床主轴一转动就会带动滚剪装置进行工作。
