慢性扩展性脑内血肿(chronic expanding intracere-bral hematoma,CEICH)较少见,作者收治1例,结合文献报告如下。临床资料患者,女性,38岁,2004年10月起无明显诱因下,出现发作性头部刺痛,无恶心呕吐和四肢抽搐。10天后头痛逐渐加重,转为持续性并出现双手麻木及恶心和呕吐等症状。于当地医院头颅 CT 检查发现右额叶“占位性病变伴出血”。对症治疗后,症状无明显好转,于同年11月3日来我院就诊。入院体检:双侧眼底视神经乳头边界模糊,动静脉比例为1:3,余神经系统检查未见明显异常。头颅 CT 扫描:右额叶近大脑镰旁有一直径约3cm 的椭圆形病灶,
Chronic expanding intracerebral hematoma (chronic expanding intracerebral hematoma, CEICH) is rare, the authors admitted in 1 case, combined with the literature report is as follows.
