在生产液压管接头时,要求车削一次成型,以保证接头零件端面与螺纹的垂直度。过去我们在车床尾座上装一套丝工具(图1),以车床尾座套筒莫氏内锥定位套丝工装加工。使用中发现,在车削直径较大的细牙螺纹零件时,由于车削时的切削力和扭矩常常大于工装外锥与套筒内锥结合力,使工装转动。这不仅影响了零件的质量,而且损坏了尾座套筒内锥。 为此,我设计制作了一种靠外径定心的套丝攻丝工装,如图2所示。经过实际使用,效果很好。介绍如下:
